Welcome to registration for the 2017 January Learning Event in Florida, which will take place January 10-12. We will meet at the Homewood Suites/Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista in Orlando.

Additional schedule notes
- The Transformed and Transforming Leader Retreat is scheduled for Monday, January 9, starting at 2:00 p.m., to noon lunch on Tuesday, January 10.
- COSE will meet on Tuesday, January 10, from 10:30 a.m. to noon lunch.
- The Interchange Partnership will meet on Thursday, January 12, from noon to 3:30 p.m. (includes lunch).

You are responsible to make your own travel arrangements. There is no complimentary airport shuttle. Please refer to the options in the brochure.
Planned meals for participants will be a dinner on Tuesday and lunch and dinner on Wednesday. Breakfast at the hotel is included with registration. All other meals will need to be covered by the participants.
Registration levels are described as follows. Please register accordingly.
- Conference Participant: You are part of the regional synod staff (not the executive representative to COSE) or you received an invitation to register from a regional synod executive or staff member.
- GSC staff: You are part of the Transformed & Transforming leaders team or Executive Leadership Team.
- COSE (Council of Synod Executives) Regional Executive: You are your regional synod's representative at COSE or Interchange Partnership meetings.
NOTE: Participating spouses MUST register separately, with each picking double occupancy. Non-participant spouses may stay at no cost if the participating spouse chooses SINGLE accommodation; however, only registered participants will have access to the planned meals. There is not a meal plan for non-participants.
